Calhoun County is one of only several counties in the State of Alabama that offers this service.  It’s a convenient way to keep from standing in line at the courthouse. 

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Debit Cards (with the Visa and Master Card emblem), and an online e-check from your checking account.  Your total fees will include a $3.50 convenience fee per transaction for online checks and MasterCard / Visa transactions under $200.  Transactions above that amount will be charged a 3% convenience fee.  This fee is not paid to Calhoun County but to the processing entities. Upon completion of your renewal, you will receive a confirmation number and a printed receipt.
